Big Cuppa's Signature House Blend
A balanced blend that pairs well with anything and everything. Tasting notes include Chocolate, Brazil Nut, Cinnamon, and raisin.
Big Cuppa's first Espresso blend. Blend of Brazil, Ethiopia, and Guatemalan coffees. The Brazil was developed a little longer to create a more full bodied and chocolaty espresso with a thick crema, a little Guatemalan for acidity, and a bit of Ethiopia for flavor. This is an overall balanced espresso, but makes a good drip cup as well.
Espresso Tasting Notes: Sweet Crema, Brown Sugar, Pecan, Balanced Acidity
Drip Tasting Notes: Baker's Chocolate, Pecan, Cedary, Orange Citrus
