Big Cuppa's first Espresso blend.
Blend of a Cerrado Brazil and a Guatemala Acatenango. The Brazil is roasted a tad darker than our previous blend giving this Espresso a thick crema and chocolatey body. The Guatemala adds just the right amount of acidity and floral citrus notes to make this a unique experience for espresso drinkers. Thankfully it makes a great drip as well.

Finca Mira Flores is a washed everday drinker for sure with tasting notes of Citrus, Chocolate, and Walnut (try it on flash brew!) Joel Banegas is the milling and operations manager for De La Finca Coffee. He also manages his own farm while his son follows in his footsteps and manages the farm that produces the El Conejo!

This is batch No.2 of our Bourbon Barrel series, featuring our Guatemala. This batch was aged 8 days in a freshly drained barley bourbon barrel from Rock Town Distillery.
