Big Guji

This Ethiopian light roast has a note of lemon zest while freshly brewed. As it cools, the coffee gets thicker, sweetness builds and some mandarin orange notes comes out. As it reaches room temp, the acidity spikes and the flavor turns more citrus marmalade.
