Ethiopia Decaf

We’re dropping another decaf in the shop and this one is coming from Ethiopia. While the coffee is fresh, the decaffeination process yields a smooth nuttiness reminiscent of cashew with some herbaceous dried tomato coming soon after. As the coffee cools further, the acidity is slightly muted, brining in some date sweetness and a thicker mouthfeel. This coffee has a great flavor on its own but also blends well with cream.

Roasted in small batches in Morrilton, AR.
